The ground floor is an open concept which includes a living room, a dining room and a bar with high chairs, while the modern kitchen is in the adjacent room. The unique dinning table makes a special impression, seating 14 people, with a fireplace creating a comfortable atmosphere close by. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, as well as all the necessary kitchen accessories and appliances.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining five are upstairs. All rooms exude light and minimalist decoration, creating an ideal atmosphere for relaxation. Each air-conditioned room has its own bathroom, underfloor heating and TV, three rooms have balconies overlooking nature. The ground floor room is equipped with two single beds which can be connected or separated as needed, (and )all others have double beds. One of the upstairs rooms has an additional single bed with a sofa bed for a stretch. Minimalist bathrooms with wooden details offer a relaxing atmosphere, and all are equipped with walk-in showers, hygiene products, bathroom and hair dryers.

In addition to the elegant interior, the fairytale Villa  has a garden of 2000 m² with numerous facilities that will make your vacation special. The 50 m² swimming pool is ideal for summer refreshment and relaxation, it is also available with the heating option for an extra charge. You can relax in the sunshine with a cocktail in your hand on one of the deck chairs with optional shade from the umbrellas  provided, while the covered lounge space will be the perfect place to hang out with family or friends. Alongside the pool is a wellness center with a jacuzzi and a sauna, which you can enjoy whenever you want. The covered summer kitchen has a gas barbecue that allows you to prepare a meal outdoors, the outer dining table provides the perfect place for shared meals.
